The new Yamato Remote Control Service offers an added value for Yamato customers:
to optimize and to repair on a smart way.
We log-on onto your Multiheadweigher by Internet, check the settings and the weighing results and if it is essential we do the repair and the settings online.
In the case an online repair is not possible we send out a service technician directly with all the necessary spare parts and tools.

The way it works:
- you book the Yamato Remote Control Service
- by demand you call the Yamato Service
- you got a service mail with the log-in details
- that´s it
